Terms of Service

By visiting themorci.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The store is operated by Tomás Mitchell, based in Argentina ("TheMorci", "we", "us"). If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, an unavailable item or suspected fraud, and if we do we will refund you in full. Orders can be cancelled by you within 12 hours of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy.

2. Made to order

Every item is printed to order. Colors can look slightly different on screen than in print, and sizes can vary slightly between styles. Please check the Size Guide before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payment is made through PayPal when you check out. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms. Please read them before you order.

5. Intellectual property

The name TheMorci, our logo, designs, text and images belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to its artwork.

6. Parody and satire

TheMorci is a humorous brand. References to nobility, titles, family crests or "old money" are jokes and are not connected to any real family, institution or company.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store for anything unlawful, to submit false information or fraudulent payments, to scrape or copy the site, or to interfere with its security or operation.

8. Third-party services

The store runs on services provided by others, including Shopify (store and checkout), PayPal (payments) and Printify and its print providers (printing and shipping). Their own terms and policies apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their outages or errors beyond what the law requires.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the store is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have under the consumer laws of your country that cannot be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. This does not take away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to solve it.
