Every piece is printed after you order it. Production takes 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping

United States: 2 to 5 business days after production
Canada and Australia: 10 to 30 business days after production. Some pieces are printed locally in your country and arrive sooner.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the workshop. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country.

Returns and exchanges

Because each piece is made for you, the House does not accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the Size Guide before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact the House within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. The House will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.
