Refund policy

Every TheMorci piece is printed to order, just for you. For that reason, the House does not accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please review the Size Guide before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or is not what you ordered, contact the House within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item. The House will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, at no cost to you. You will not need to send the item back.

Lost orders. If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, contact the House and a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
